Who are you?
Je suis Stéphane Lichtenberger.
J'aime combler le fossé entre la technologie et les gens, raison pour laquelle je suis enthousiaste concernant l'intelligence artificielle
I love agile approaches and how it can be used to tackle huge problems, one step at a time.
When in front of a huge problem or project, I am thrilled at the idea that we could find a first small step into the wild and then iterate.
My career is very simple:
After a first experience in a research lab, I have started at
Esker, a software company, when it was a start-up of 30 people.
We have now scaled to 1000+ employees.
What do you do for a living?
Je suis Product Owner chez Esker, une société spécialisée dans les cycles de gestion Order-to-Cash et Source-to-Pay. A l'intérieur du cycle Order-to-Cash, je suis responsable de la solution "Customer Service Suite", une suite de solutions pour automoatiser les tâches des services clients (gestion des commandes, gestion des demandes, traiter les réclamations)
