About me
Who are you?
I am Cansel Sörgens, a globe-trotting Organisational Development Strategist and OKR Expert with a love for making transformation practical and tangible. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve navigated the complexities of strategic alignment, leadership development, and Agile transformations. From coaching C-suite executives to facilitating OKR implementations across industries, I thrive on helping organisations connect strategy with execution. Known for my OKR Solar System framework, I help teams move beyond silos to embrace dynamic, cross-functional collaboration. My work isn’t about cookie-cutter solutions. It’s about crafting holistic, systemic, and hands-on strategies tailored to each organisation's needs. My approach combines empathy and pragmatism, shaped by my intercultural background, and a passion for human-centred organisations. When I’m not consulting, coaching or teaching, you’ll find me exploring new destinations, pushing myself out of my comfort zone in Impro-Theater, or enjoying a drink with friends.
What do you do for a living?
I am an independent Organisational Development Strategist supporting leaders and teams in transforming their ways of working to enable learning and impactful organisations. From developing adaptive strategies to training OKR practitioners, I bring a systemic, hands-on approach to creating lasting change.
