About me
Who are you?
Heinrich is a seasoned industry expert with more than 10 years in the field or monitoring and observability. Currently he is Senior Principal SRE at Zalando where he overseas reliability engineering at a company-wide level and co-host of the CASE Podcast, where he explores the frontiers of reliability and software architecture. He is a frequent conference speaker at events like SRECon, GOTO and Monitorama.
Before joining Zalando he was Chief Data Scientist at Circonus, where he worked on time-series analytics and large-scale monitoring systems. He holds a PhD in mathematics.
